Room amenities could use refinement!!! Shower pressure abysmal with lukewarm water. Thin walls let in noise, making it hard to relax!!! A bright walkway instead of a true balcony adds distraction rather than comfort!!!

Exceptional Service and Great Room for Friends

During my stay, I was thrilled with the amazing service from Kattia, who went out of her way to assist with tour bookings and car arrangements. The Junior Suite was spacious with two large, comfortable beds, making it perfect for traveling with friends. However, I found the location a bit far from the main beach and restaurants, about 1.5 kilometers away, which was not convenient for us.

Kattia's warm and friendly support made our experience special. She went above and beyond to help with tour bookings and our car rental. Just a heads up. room number 7 was quite nice, but some street noise could be heard. Overall, a wonderful time.
